Join Us as Families Engagement Lead at Wellsprings Community Church

Are you passionate about building community, nurturing faith, and helping families feel at home in church life? Wellsprings Community Church in Taunton is seeking a Families Engagement Lead (30 hrs/week - negotiable, £28k pro rata) to join our vibrant team and church family. You’ll connect with local families, lead children’s and family activities, support outreach in schools, and help shape the future of our growing church.

We’re looking for someone with a heart for people, strong communication skills, and a lively, authentic Christian faith. Experience in children’s or youth work is a plus.
